All services are non-refundable.


If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it but due to the nature of service, we do not offer refunds.

A redo, you have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

Please keep in mind, from your hair history we don’t guarantee on the color. Using box color or going from daker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. Also for toner, color fades each time you shampoo. Depends on the color it might fade more faster.

We do take deposit prior to booking an appointment. deposit is refundable after the service is done. It is not refundable if you cancels your appointment on the date of appointment or no show.

If need to reschedule the appointment let us know at least 48 hours before the appointment date.

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please let us know immediately.

Hair by mina colorist team reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.
